Ian D. Miller has trained with some of the world’s most prominent cosmetic dental specialists and has rapidly become known as Lehtbridge area’s leading dentist for those who want cosmetic dentistry. Countless hours of both classroom and hands-on training at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) have earned him numerous designations and awards as well as the recognition of being among the few dentists that have obtained their LVI fellowships. Dr. Miller is also a member of the prestigious IACA organization (International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics), an associate fellow in the World Laser Institue, and is a past-president of the LAPD (Lethbridge Association for Progressive Dentistry).

Dr. Miller, a Lethbridge native, graduated as the Valedictorian from Catholic Central High School in 1990. He received both The Governor General Gold medal for academic excellence and the Chinook Scholarships as one of the top students entering the University of Lethbridge. He attended the University of Lethbridge where he studied undergraduate chemistry and biology. Dr. Miller continued his education at the University of Alberta where he was awarded the scholarship for the highest marks of any student entering the dental faculty. At the University of Alberta he received a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) as well as his doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.).

After completing his Doctorate in Edmonton, Dr. Miller moved back to Lethbridge in June of 1996 where he purchased his father’s (Dr. Douglas B. Miller) private practice. Dr. Miller continues to focus on expanding his expertise through various continuing education dental seminars and meetings. He is a prominent voice for the Lethbridge Association for Progressive Dentistry in addition to running his practice Legacy Dental.
